 INTRODUCTION

I am a Personal Trainer that believes in throwing away the scales. My focus is about improving my clients fitness,strength,health and confidence in themselves. 

I help my clients see that they are strong inside and out and that they are not defined by a number on the scales. 

By doing this not only does your physical health improve but so does your mental health and the way you feel about yourself. This in turn creates a new you who can achieve anything you want to in life, and creates a sustainable life change without making sacrifices. 

If losing weight and getting into smaller dress sizes is your main goal, you will find that focusing on building fitness, strength and physical and mental resiliance and a healthier attitude towards food, the weight and inches will naturally fall off as an added bonus, without the added stress of regular weigh ins and measurements.

There is no judgement from whatever starting point you are at. Everyone has their own individual reasons as to why they need help and guidance. With the knowledge of knowing everyone is different and will need a different plan, your big goals will be broken down into smaller, manageable and sustainable steps, so they can be changed as you change along your journey. 
  • Remember this is a marathon not a sprint and change takes time. No fad diets, realistic sustainable changes. Sometimes it doesn't come easy but, changing old habits is hard but, nothing worth doing is easy. Be prepared for ups and downs. I will be here for you every step of the way to help and support you. I promise it will get easier as time goes on until it becomes your new normal.


So how do I help my clients ?

With my Life Coaching skills I help my clients change their mindset. Changing negative self talk into positive self talk. I help you gain confidence and believe you can do anything in life you set your mind too.

With my Personal Training skills I help you get fit, strong and help you progress in your physical health and look after your body and get those happy endorphins swimming around your head which in turn lifts your mood.

But what if losing weight is my main goal ?

The great news is when you work on your mental health alongside your physical health you will feel so good overall that you will be able to have control over emotional eating. This enables you to make decisions with food that are more benefical for you. Also you're getting fitter and stronger. So between changing your eating habits and exercising you will naturally lose the weight.

The difference is that your priority is your mental health and your physical health collectively, and the weight loss as a result of looking after yourself overall is an added bonus. 

You would have made a sustainable life change! 

I will be honest, change isn't easy. It takes patience and time. But when you see and feel those changes it makes all the hard work worth it.
