A LITTLE ABOUT ME It is scary to put myself out there but, I think it is important for my clients to know I can empathise with them and share some of my own experiences where exercise has helped me.
I used to struggle with anxiety and depression. Exercise has helped me massively!
It's not always easy finding the motivation to exercise but I have found through exercise my anxiety has seized to exsist and I now live a life free of anxiety.
When I struggle with depression, exercise helps me work through the emotions in a positive way that benefits me rather than emotional eating that has a doesn't benefit me.
I am not saying its always easy but, its much easier than what it was, to work through my emotions. I am now a happier person as a result of exercise.
I am hoping to change many peoples lives, like I have changed mine. I will be here to support you every step of the way to help you start believing in yourself. You can do this!
